A note from Steph...

"Breathwork came into my life at a time that I didn’t even know I needed it. After being hit head on while driving to work, I was suffering from PTSD, anxiety and depression. 


Determined to "heal" I tried everything... gratitude journals, affirmations, talk therapy, reiki... you name it. I always felt like I was reaching out to someone or something else to “help me” or “fix me”.
