In 2015, I was told I might never walk again.
I had just survived a near-death car accident — broken femurs, a broken spine, surgeries, coma, the whole shabang.
And somehow, the physical healing became the easy part.
It was everything after that that nearly took me out.
The anxiety.
The spiraling thoughts.
The constant worry. The tightness in my chest.
Talking helped.
But it didn’t fix it.

And now?
I’m out here… pregnant.
Expecting my first baby.
Walking. Dancing. And unable to tell you the last time I felt anxious (years maybe....)
Because when you stop managing your anxiety and start eliminating it at its root — everything changes.
